We are proud participants in the Kids LiveWell program, crafting good-for-you meals with whole grains, lean protein, and crunchy vegetables that your kids will love. Just like our grown-up entrees, we make every meal fresh-to-order, so it’s easy to customize a dish for your child’s taste. Choose from chicken, shrimp, pork, beef, or tofu and add any vegetables you like! Every kids meal comes with a drink and your choice of one of our tasty side items like edamame, rice, or carrots and cucumbers. We also offer gluten-free kids meals.
The Kids LiveWell program is a partnership between the National Restaurant Association and Healthy Dining. The goal of the program is to increase offerings of lower calorie meals created with fruits and vegetables, lean protein, and whole grains, while limiting unhealthy fats, sugars, and sodium. All Kids LiveWell meals, including a side and drink, contain 600 calories or less, with less than 35% of the calories from sugars, and less than 770 mg of sodium. At Mama Fu’s, we make each dish to order, so it’s easy to create a dish that meets your dietary needs. Since 2010, we have offered gluten-free versions of most of our menu items. Our gluten-free sauces* are made in-house using wheat-free tamari and other carefully selected ingredients. Just inform our staff of your needs and we will take care of the rest.
Sweet and spicy Orange Peel, sizzling Thai Basil, savory Chicken Lettuce Wraps, and Spicy General Fu… most of your favorites from our menu are available gluten-free with your choice of our all-white meat chicken, succulent shrimp, premium pork tenderloin, choice sirloin, or fresh vegetables. We use premium wheat-free tamari sauce to make Mama’s Gluten-Free Sauce fresh in-house, and we take care to ensure your dish is prepared with your needs in mind. We also offer gluten-free versions of many of our kids’ meals, and have gluten-free soy sauce, hot mustard, and chili paste so you can top off your dish as you like.
