Real Estate / Site Selection
We have a deep level of site selection and real estate experience and network of professional commercial Realtors® that can work with you (or in concert your real estate team) to fulfill your site selection needs. We utilize an industry leading application for site selection, marketing and customer analytics.
Construction / Design
Working with Mama Fu’s you will have access to our architectural and design consultants to construct plans for your locations. Our latest prototype reduces the footprint from 3,000 to 2,500 square feet, thereby reducing start-up and ongoing costs without sacrificing revenue opportunities.
Even though our relationship with franchise partners starts well before contracts are signed, in the training phase this relationship is enhanced tremendously with a comprehensive 8 week training program in the Austin market that covers all aspects of Mama Fu’s operations: food & beverage, detailed FOH and BOH positions and management, facility and equipment operations and maintenance, cost and inventory control, and purchasing and distribution.

Through an umbrella partnership with many broadline distributors and strong relationships with key suppliers, Mama Fu’s provides cost effective, high quality and reliable system wide distribution anywhere in the U.S.
Food and Beverage
Detailed training and documentation is provided for food and beverage knowledge and execution for all current and future menu items. Complete recipes, builds and theoretical costing are provided in formats for online and in-store use. Ongoing menu development is a large part of Mama Fu’s support as well, and we will provide a core menu as well as a region/market specific, limited time offer menu to be executed.
Marketing and Social Media
Our marketing philosophy is to engage our guests and maintain an ongoing conversation with them across relevant channels. We use a mix of social media tools, email, direct marketing and traditional media to increase awareness of Mama Fu’s and drive current users and potential customers to take action. We drive guests to mamafus.com thru our Funatics Club loyalty program, email promotions and social media outreach campaigns. We continually develop, test and refine campaigns to provide our partners with proven marketing programs. System Ad Fund contributions provide strategic and tactical support for Franchise Partners.
